The Bachelorette

This is the Algarve bachelorette trip: long beach mornings, sunset boat parties, and nights that start at dinner and end wherever the group decides. You'll base in a walkable part of the coast, keep the itinerary loose enough to recover when needed, and front-load the big party nights so no one's nursing a hangover on departure day.

Day 1
Arrival & Beach Intro
Afternoon
Land, drop bags, and head straight to Armação de Pêra Beach for the group's first proper beach day. The sand is wide, the water's calm, and there are enough beach bars within walking distance to keep drinks flowing without leaving your towels.

Day 2
Benagil Caves & Sunset Sailing
Morning
Book a private speedboat tour to Benagil Cave — you'll get the cathedral-dome cave with good light, skip the kayak crowds, and have time to explore neighboring grottoes and arches along the coast. Go early to avoid peak-hour tour traffic.

Return to your base for a late lunch and pool time. Let the group recharge before tonight.
Evening
Board a private catamaran for an Algarve sunset cruise with an open bar and swimming stops. This is the big party-on-the-water night — expect music, wine, and everyone jumping off the back of the boat as the sun drops.

Day 3
Recovery Morning & Night Out
Morning
Sleep in, then post up at Salema Beach for a slow morning. It's quieter than the main resort strips, the bay is protected, and there's enough space to spread out without feeling like you're at a beach club.

Head back for showers and a group dinner somewhere walkable — pick a spot with outdoor seating and a wine list that doesn't quit. Pace yourselves; tonight's the main event.
Evening
Start at Cavern Pub in Albufeira for live music and cave-bar atmosphere, then move to wherever the group's energy takes you. The old town has enough bars within stumbling distance to keep the night moving without needing a car.

Day 4
Buggy Safari & Final Dinner
Morning
Book a private buggy safari through the Algarve interior — you'll leave the coast behind, hit dirt trails through cork forests and hilltop villages, and get the adrenaline up without requiring anyone to be sharp at sunrise.

Return dusty and satisfied. Shower, pack, and spend the last afternoon at the pool or beach — your call.

Final group dinner somewhere with a view and a vibe. Keep it relaxed, order too much wine, and let the group recap the week before everyone flies out tomorrow.

Know before you go

Base yourselves in Albufeira or Armação de Pêra — both have walkable nightlife, easy beach access, and enough restaurants to rotate through without repeating.
Book the boat tours (Benagil, sunset cruise) at least a week ahead in summer; private charters fill fast with group bookings.
The buggy safari will coat you in dust — bring a bandana or sunglasses you don't mind scratching, and leave your nice clothes at the hotel.
Dinner reservations matter in high season, especially for tables of 6-10. Book the day before at minimum.
If someone in the group wants a recovery day, Salema Beach and Comporta Beach are both low-key enough to nap on.
Albufeira's Strip (the new town) has the biggest club scene, but the Old Town bars are more walkable and less aggressively touristy.
Taxis and Ubers exist but can be slow late at night — stay somewhere walkable or pre-book a driver for the big nights out.
The Algarve's beach bars close earlier than you'd expect (around 10-11pm in most places) — plan to migrate inland for late-night drinks.
